Explain cautions to be aware of when considering supporting students with anxiety. Describe breathing practices that may be helpful in reducing symptoms and why present moment awareness helps. Explain the findings of research in regard to yoga philosophy and anxiety symptoms and how mantra may help. Describe a cautionary consideration related to asana that may apply to students experiencing anxiety and some examples of asana that may help to reduce symptoms.
