Cite research on pain: 2011 research showing meditation reduced pain sensitivity; a 2014 randomized control trial showing decreased pain and fatigue in people with chronic fatigue syndrome; a 2017 study showing reduction in chronic low back pain is as effective as physical therapy; a 2017 review of all randomized control trials published showing superior results with chronic neck pain; a small qualitative study in 2018 showing reduced pain and improved well-being in people with systemic lupus; a 1995 randomized, single-blind, controlled trial on carpal tunnel syndrome and more. Cite research on inflammation in general: 2010 research showing lowered inflammation-causing proteins; 2016 research demonstrating decreased inflammation and cardiovascular risk; a 2014 randomized control trial showing improvements in mood, fatigue and inflammation among breast cancer survivors; and a 2017 randomized control trial showing a decrease in pro-inflammatory proteins and increase in anti-inflammatory proteins. Cite research on arthritis, headaches and migraines, asthma, diabetes, neurological conditions such as epilepsy and MS, osteoporosis, scoliosis and other conditions.
