Description

Discuss the potential impact of yoga philosophy within a well-rounded yoga practice. Explain the origins of yoga philosophy and its relationship to Hinduism. Review basic facts related to original source texts, including the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and the Gheranda Samhita. Name the person and event often recognized as a key moment in the genesis of yoga’s expansion to the West.
