In this lesson, we describe Cyclic Meditation, a series of practices for deep relaxation derived from the Mandukya Upanishad and developed by Dr. H R Nagendra PhD.

Be be prepared to practice and teach Cyclic Meditation, a series of practices for deep relaxation, and to cite research on its effectiveness.

Description

Describe Cyclic Meditation (CM). List the benefits of CM, and cite related research. List the eight steps of CM. Describe each of the eight steps, and any contraindications. Cite the opening and closing mantras included in CM, and their English translations.
