List underlying conditions and root causes of cardiovascular disease. Provide extensive evidence and expert testimony to be exceedingly clear about the fact that elevated cholesterol does not cause cardiovascular disease. Discuss arrhythmia, atherosclerosis, dysautonomia, heart attack, thrombosis, stroke, myocarditis, pericarditis, POTS. Raynaud’s phenomenon and varicose veins.
