Description
List and discuss techniques that, when practiced during the day, can improve sleep quality at night. Provide techniques for nighttime, additional considerations for preparing the sleeping space, and finally, techniques for when in bed. Discuss leg cramps (charley horse, muscle spasm), restless legs syndrome (RLS), and sleep apnea. List herbs, supplements and foods that are helpful for quality sleep. Cite research on the effect of pink noise on sleep quality.
