Describe considerations related to perfectionism and pain-seeking. Explain why breathing practices may be helpful in trauma recovery. If using asana specifically for the purposes of trauma recovery, describe the primary objective. Note a yoga practice that may be too uncomfortable for trauma victims and some techniques that may be good alternatives to silent meditation.
