Describe ways in which yoga techniques can help to alleviate arthritis symptoms and promote wellness. Note the styles of yoga that are contraindicated for arthritis and the types of postures to avoid. Provide five questions to ask students who have arthritis. List three foundational principles for students with arthritis and the general approach to asana that will best serve them.
