Be clear about common stressors faced by yoga teachers, what self-care is and is not, and specific strategies for preventing and addressing burnout.

Description

Describe common sources of stress for yoga teachers. Define burnout and provide signs of burnout. Explain what self-care is not. Provide a number of ways to think about the concept of self-care. Describe many self-care strategies and ways to “hold space for yourself” that can help to prevent or address burnout.
