Objective

Understand the prevalence of toxins and how the accumulation of toxins affects the body’s physiology.

Description

Explain the link between our immune system and toxins, including an introduction to the terminology for what’s happening at a cellular level. Describe oxidative stress. The number of man-made toxic substances defies logic; give estimates, citing numerous official sources. List nine toxins that people regularly encounter. Describe some of the ways toxins harm health and immunity. Cite research. List 15 ways that toxins can enter the body.
