Objective

Be familiar with the effects of muscular imbalances involving the hip flexors such as the many potential effects of a weak or tight psoas.

Description

Describe the effect of excessive sitting on hip flexors and on posture. Note the type of standing poses that will be challenging for students with tight hip flexors.
