As a member, you have instant access to our newsletter and social media templates, which you are free to customize and send to your students. Our templates go beyond simply getting your name in someone’s feed: they feature high quality content. And they’re fully customizable to suit your style and needs. At the push of a button, a newsletter template sends to your email list or posts to your social media accounts.

On Member Home, you’ll find two types of templates:

1. A timely newsletter template, available before the start of each month. This features the current moon phases and observations.
2. A library of templates that you can send at any time. The library is based on subject area such as philosophy or anatomy. Within each subject, the templates are broken into sub-topics and placed in a sequential order so that you can build on a topic if you wish, but they also work just fine as stand-alone, as well.

With all the templates, you have the rights to distribute to your students, and everything is customizable so you can edit and incorporate your own content as you wish.

Basic Process

Four Steps

1. Select the template link. You will be prompted to log into your MailChimp* account.
2. Go to your Templates page. Our template will be in your list.
3. Save the template as a “campaign” and edit as desired.
4. Send your newsletter to your email list. Select “social share” to share via social media.

*MailChimp & Other Newsletter Companies

• We happen to use MailChimp for our newsletters. Thus, to see and use our shared templates, you’ll need a MailChimp account.
• If you use a different newsletter program, you might still choose to use our template as inspiration and copy/paste content as desired. To do that, you can sign up for a free Mailchimp account in order to view the template. Copy content from the template to use as desired.
• Free MailChimp account sign up is here. At the time of this writing, the MailChimp pricing model was free for sending up to 12,000 emails per month (and a subscriber list of up to 2,000).
