Intention

  • Mindfully prepare for a peak pose of Ardha Visvamitrasana (Half Flying Warrior Pose).
  • Focus on these key actions: shoulder squeezing, strengthening and integration; spinal strengthening and alignment; and, hamstring lengthening.
  • Connect our “internal earth seated at the base of the spine” with the “external earth” through variations of Malasana (Yogic Squat) and deep hip opening.
